About The Painting ... 'Barnside' I love the textures of old weathered barnwood. It's always a challenge to portray it convincingly. This was painted from a photograph of a barn which I then cropped to provide a more interesting view. Often, a small corner of a building is more intriguing to me than the entire building. The painting is on Strathmore 140 lb. paper and painted with Winsor & Newton Professional Grade paints. It is double matted with museum quality mat boards, and unframed. The image size is: 6-1/2" x 9-1/2" Overall size with mats: 11-3/4:" x 14-1/2" The price of this original painting is $250.00 The cost of packing and shipping to any location within the Continental U.S. is $6.00
